What it is
GLP-1 medications (the semaglutide and tirzepatide class) work with a hormone your body already makes to help regulate appetite and blood sugar. Used inside a structured plan, they support steady, sustained weight management. On their own, ordered online with nobody watching, they're just another vial. We've seen both. That's why we build the plan.
Who it's for
People carrying weight that came back after an earlier attempt, or never fully left, who want steady progress and a plan for keeping it off, not a crash. Whether you are starting fresh or have tried GLP-1s before, tell us your full history at your starting point and we will build a safe plan from there.
What to expect
It starts with your starting point: blood work, your history, and the goal you actually care about, reviewed in plain language before anything begins. Dosing starts low and adjusts gradually so your body adapts comfortably. Visits are short and focused: your progress, how you're feeling, and any adjustment. We measure against your own day-one data, never someone else's photos.
Straight talk
What it can and can't do
What it can do
It can make appetite and portion control feel manageable and support steady loss when paired with protein, movement, and sleep.
What it can't do
It can't out-run poor nutrition, and it isn't meant to be taken forever without a plan. A real share of weight lost on a GLP-1 is muscle, not just fat, which is why strength and a maintenance plan are part of yours from day one, not an afterthought.
Typical timeline
Many people notice appetite changes and early progress within the first few weeks, with more visible change developing over the following two to three months. It's gradual by design. Results vary, and we say so up front.
How it fits your plan
This is usually a starting point. As weight comes off, skin and body-composition goals often come into focus, which is where contouring, peptides, and hormone support may enter the plan, if and only if they'll help.
Straight Answers About Our GLP-1 Program
We prescribe FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, semaglutide and tirzepatide, by brand name. We do not use compounded GLP-1 products, and we do not offer retatrutide, which is not FDA approved. Your provider evaluates you first, and if a GLP-1 medication is right for you, a licensed pharmacy dispenses it directly to you against your prescription. Our monthly program fee covers your medical oversight, plan management, and dose adjustments; medication is billed separately by the pharmacy. We are a direct-pay practice and do not bill insurance.
Questions people ask
Do I have to stay on it forever?
No. The plan includes how you step down and what maintenance looks like, because we'd rather you keep the results than rent them.
Can I keep my own online source?
Tell us what you have been taking so your evaluation is safe and honest. If you join the program, your medication comes from a licensed pharmacy against your prescription. We do not manage, refill, or continue online-sourced or compounded products.
How is progress measured?
Against your own day-one blood work, scan, and photos, on a schedule you'll know in advance.
